CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy At Esthie Besties, we value your time and ours. Please note that deposits are required to secure your appointment, as specific time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. When proper notice is given: • Your deposit can either be refunded or applied toward a future appointment. However, if you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy ensures we can maintain fairness to all clients and keep our schedule running smoothly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
